Effective Date: March 1, 2026
This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding contract between you (either an individual or a single legal entity, "you" or "Licensee") and Navi Interactive Inc. ("Navi Interactive," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of SpeedrunCI, our continuous integration and delivery platform for Unreal Engine teams. SpeedrunCI consists of (a) the SpeedrunCI cloud platform available at app.speedrun.ci (the "Service") and (b) the SpeedrunCI Unreal Editor Plugin distributed through Epic Games' Fab Marketplace (the "Plugin"), together with any related software, documentation, sample assets, and updates we provide (collectively, "SpeedrunCI" or the "Software"). By creating an account on the Service, downloading or installing the Plugin, or otherwise accessing or using SpeedrunCI in any way, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not access or use SpeedrunCI. If you are accepting this EULA on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
For purposes of this EULA:
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Navi Interactive grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SpeedrunCI in accordance with your account's subscription tier. Specifically:
You will not, and will not permit any third party to:
For clarity, you may ship Your Project (including games, applications, and other works) whose editor builds were produced using SpeedrunCI. The Plugin is editor-only and does not link into shipping game binaries; no royalty is owed for Your Project's distribution.
We may, at our sole discretion, make updates, patches, and new versions of SpeedrunCI available. Service updates are delivered automatically; Plugin updates are made available through Fab or other channels we designate. All updates are governed by this EULA unless they are accompanied by a separate license. We are not obligated to provide updates or to maintain compatibility with any specific version of Unreal Engine, operating system, or third-party software.
Use of SpeedrunCI requires a valid (free or paid) account in good standing. You agree to provide accurate registration information, keep it current, safeguard your credentials, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. The Plugin authenticates to the Service using an editor token issued by us; you are responsible for maintaining the security of any device on which that token is stored. We may suspend or terminate access to SpeedrunCI for violation of this EULA, non-payment, security risk, or extended inactivity, with notice when practicable. Commercial terms (subscription tiers, pricing, billing, and SLAs) are described in our Terms of Service.
You retain all ownership rights to Your Content. You grant Navi Interactive a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and operate SpeedrunCI for you, including build execution, log analysis, AI-assisted features (Section 8), and artifact storage and delivery. We will not access, use, share, or commercially exploit Your Content for any purpose other than operating SpeedrunCI, except where required by law or where you direct us to do so. Detailed data-handling disclosures are provided in our Privacy Policy.
SpeedrunCI includes "AI Build Doctor," a feature that requests AI-generated suggestions for fixing build failures. These suggestions are generated by the Service using large language models provided by Anthropic. Build log excerpts sent for analysis may contain compiler output, file paths, and other content from your build process. AI Build Doctor is provided on a best-effort basis; we make no representation that any suggestion is correct, safe, or fit for purpose, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting any suggested change before applying it to your code. You may disable AI Build Doctor at any time in your SpeedrunCI dashboard at Organization Settings → AI Providers.
When you use the Plugin, the Plugin stores authentication tokens and configuration data on the machine where Unreal Engine runs. Authentication tokens are stored in the operating system's secure credential store (macOS Keychain or Windows Credential Manager) where available; non-secret metadata is stored as JSON files within your project's Saved/SpeedrunCI/ directory with user-restricted file permissions. Detailed disclosures are provided in our Privacy Policy.
SpeedrunCI is licensed, not sold. Navi Interactive and its licensors retain all right, title, and interest in and to SpeedrunCI, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not transfer ownership of any portion of SpeedrunCI to you and does not grant you any rights to Navi Interactive's trademarks, service marks, logos, or brand assets. To the extent any portion of SpeedrunCI is made available under an open-source license (for example, MIT or Apache 2.0), the terms of that open-source license control over the restrictions in Section 4 to the extent of any conflict, but only with respect to the components covered by that license.
SPEEDRUNCI IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. NAVI INTERACTIVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT SPEEDRUNCI WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION, BE FREE FROM ERRORS OR DEFECTS, OR BE COMPATIBLE WITH ANY PARTICULAR VERSION OF UNREAL ENGINE, OPERATING SYSTEM, OR THIRD-PARTY SOFTWARE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL NAVI INTERACTIVE, ITS AFFILIATES, OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS EULA OR YOUR USE OF SPEEDRUNCI, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NAVI INTERACTIVE'S TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY UNDER THIS EULA, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO NAVI INTERACTIVE FOR SPEEDRUNCI, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Navi Interactive, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of SpeedrunCI in violation of this EULA; (b) your violation of applicable law; (c) Your Content; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right, including any intellectual property or privacy right.
This EULA takes effect when you first access or use SpeedrunCI and continues until terminated. You may terminate this EULA at any time by closing your account on the Service and uninstalling the Plugin from all machines. We may terminate this EULA immediately upon notice if you materially breach any of its terms. Upon termination, your license to access and use SpeedrunCI ends, you must cease all use, and you must destroy or uninstall all copies of the Plugin in your possession or control. We may, upon request and to the extent technically feasible, provide a data export for up to thirty (30) days following termination, after which Your Content may be deleted from our systems. Sections 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, and 17 survive termination of this EULA for any reason.
The Plugin is distributed through Epic Games' Fab Marketplace. Your download and installation of the Plugin from Fab is also governed by Epic's applicable marketplace and end-user terms. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and Epic's terms with respect to download and installation, Epic's terms control with respect to those activities, while this EULA controls with respect to your use of the Plugin and the Service once installed. Your use of Unreal Engine remains subject to the Unreal Engine End-User License Agreement.
SpeedrunCI is subject to applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations. You agree to comply with all such laws and not to export, re-export, transfer, or otherwise make SpeedrunCI available to any country, person, or entity prohibited by such laws.
Governing law. This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Entire agreement. This EULA, together with our Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any open-source license notices accompanying components of SpeedrunCI, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Navi Interactive regarding SpeedrunCI and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous understandings on that subject.
Severability. If any provision of this EULA is held to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver. Failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign or transfer this EULA without our prior written consent. We may assign this EULA in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all assets.
Updates to this EULA. We may revise this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the Effective Date above and, where appropriate, through SpeedrunCI itself. Your continued use of SpeedrunCI after the new Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
