Your CI works. You just shouldn’t have to maintain it.

    You never stop maintaining it

The build was a one-time job. The Groovy, the upgrades that break, the one person who understands it, the hardware bills, those are every week, forever.

You still have to manage capacity

When builds queue up, someone has to decide whether to add hardware, provision runners, or accept the wait. SpeedrunCI scales capacity dynamically when you need it.

    Your team still can’t self-serve

Configured or not, artists and QA still ping the build engineer. SpeedrunCI gives every role direct access to trigger and grab builds.

More projects mean more CI to manage

Every project brings its own pipelines, branches, engine versions, integrations, and build requirements. SpeedrunCI gives you a shared system to manage them all.

“As a producer, my whole job is knowing where the build stands and who's blocked. It used to take 3.5 hours to even find out, and a broken build cost us a full day. Now with SpeedrunCI the whole team builds daily, I can see every build the moment it runs, and milestones stopped slipping on build problems. I can't imagine going back to how we did this before.”
Mohan Raj, Studio Producer, Ayelet Studio

    Define what should happen

Build your Unreal pipeline visually. Add stages, rules, triggers, and automation, then go deeper with UAT commands or custom editor work when you need it.

A pipeline’s stages in order — Pre-Build, Build, Cook & Package, Sign & Publish — with the triggers that start it

    Run builds without managing runners

Run PC, console, and mobile builds in parallel on managed infrastructure, with the Unreal environments and capacity they need. Keep your own machines free and let SpeedrunCI handle the farm.

Win64, PS5, Xbox Series and Android building at the same time on managed runners

    Keep delivery in the pipeline

Make builds available to QA and the team, share them with stakeholders, or deliver them to the platforms where your game ships. Keep delivery connected to the pipeline that produced it.

One release going out to QA, to stakeholders as a stream link, and on to Steam and Google Play

    Know what broke and why

See build status, failures, timings, and trends in one place. Give the team the context to understand what happened without digging through CI logs.

A failed build explained: the stage it failed at, the error with its file and line, the duration change, and a suggested fix

    Keep your workflow inside Unreal

The free SpeedrunCI plugin puts the whole pipeline in your editor. Trigger, watch, and download builds from the UE toolbar. No second dashboard, no context switch. Sign in once and your team’s builds show up automatically. Free on FAB.

Run parallel builds in the cloud, from anywhere

    CLOUD

Builds run on our runners, not your machine

Trigger a build and keep working. No three-hour cook tying up your machine, and no build PC under a desk waiting to fail.

    PARALLEL

PC, Xbox, PS5, and Android build at the same time

SpeedrunCI fans out your dependency graph across distributed runners, so PC, console, and mobile builds run in parallel, not one after another.

    FROM ANYWHERE

Trigger from the editor, the web, or your phone

Kick off a build from the UE toolbar, the web, or your phone. Anyone on the team can do it, not just the build engineer.

    Your infrastructure, your rules

Start on our cloud in minutes, or run the whole platform in your own AWS or Azure account. Same platform either way, so pick the setup your security model requires.

    Hybrid

Run a few build instances on your own hardware and scale onto our cloud runners as needed. Your dashboard and control plane stay on our cloud, so you get burst capacity without standing up all the infrastructure yourself.

    Private Cloud (BYOC)

Deploy the entire SpeedrunCI stack, the dashboard and every service, into your own AWS or Azure account. Everything runs on your infrastructure, under your cloud security and compliance controls, with nothing on our systems.

“Super simple and powerful. You can tell a lot of work went into this. Honestly, the interface alone sells it. I see this as the tool that finally lets artists and designers test their own assets and builds, instead of waiting on an engineer every time.”

Your source code never leaves the vault

Built for studios under console and publisher NDAs. Isolated per tenant, encrypted, and logged end to end.

    Encrypted credential vault

Platform credentials, signing keys, and source control tokens are kept encrypted in a dedicated credential vault.

    Per-tenant isolation

Every studio runs in its own isolated environment. Your source, builds, and artifacts are never co-mingled with another tenant.

    Encrypted end to end

Source, artifacts, and credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest, from the editor to the runner and back.

    Full audit trail

Every build, download, and permission change is recorded, so you always know who did what and when.

    Granular roles and permissions

Give artists, QA, and engineers exactly the access they need to trigger and grab builds, and nothing more.

    SSO and access control

Single sign-on with Azure AD and Google Workspace, so access follows the identity provider you already run.

    Frequently asked questions

The plugin is free on FAB. It connects your editor to the SpeedrunCI service, which is where builds actually run. The service has a free trial, and paid plans start at $99 a month. You can install the plugin and run a real build before paying anything.

Yes. PlayStation and Xbox builds run on the Enterprise plan, alongside Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android. Console builds use your studio’s own first-party platform access, and your team manages its own developer authorizations and console certification. SpeedrunCI runs the builds, it does not grant platform access or submit for certification.

Your first build can run in a couple of hours: connect your source control and set up your pipeline from one of our pre-built templates. You do not have to move everything at once. Point SpeedrunCI at one project and run it next to your existing CI while you evaluate, then switch over when you are ready.

Managed cloud is the simplest: we host and run all of it. Hybrid runs a few build instances on your own hardware and scales onto our cloud runners as needed, while your dashboard stays on our cloud. Private cloud (BYOC) deploys the entire stack, the dashboard and every service, into your own AWS or Azure account, so everything runs on your infrastructure. It is the same platform across every model, so you can switch between them whenever you want. Most studios start on managed cloud and only move toward hybrid or private cloud if a security or compliance requirement calls for it.

Private cloud runs the whole SpeedrunCI stack inside your own AWS or Azure account, so it uses the cloud infrastructure and security controls you already have. We ship updates on the same cadence as the managed cloud, and you roll them out on your schedule. It is available on the Enterprise plan and works inside restricted or locked-down cloud environments.

SpeedrunCI supports UE 5.3 through 5.8, and UE 6. The service builds standard UE projects, so tell us your version and we will confirm.

We access your source only to run your builds, nothing else. We do not use your code to train models, and we do not share it. In managed mode it sits in an isolated, per-tenant environment. Self-hosted or on-prem, it never touches our infrastructure at all.

Every account gets the docs at app.speedrun.ci/docs and email support at support@speedrun.ci, plus an onboarding flow that walks you from install to first build. We will also get on calls over Google Meet or Microsoft Teams if needed.
