Navi Interactive Inc. ("Navi Interactive," "SpeedrunCI," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our CI/CD platform and related services (the "Service").
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, organization name, and authentication credentials. If you sign up via a third-party provider (currently Google or Microsoft), we receive profile information from that provider.
We automatically collect information about your interactions with the Service, including build logs, pipeline configurations, IP addresses, browser type, device information, and pages visited.
To provide the Service, we process your source code metadata, build configurations, pipeline definitions, and build artifacts. We do not access the content of your source code repositories beyond what is necessary to execute builds.
We use your information to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; process builds and pipeline executions; send transactional notifications (build status, alerts); provide customer support; analyze usage patterns to improve performance; comply with legal obligations; and detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security threats.
We do not sell your personal data. We may share information with: service providers who assist in operating the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics); law enforcement or government agencies when required by law; other parties in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with prior notice to you.
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit (TLS 1.2+), network isolation, access controls, and ongoing security monitoring and audit logging of platform activity. Build environments are isolated per organization. For more details, visit our Trust Center.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Build logs and artifacts are retained according to your plan's retention settings. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. Upon account deletion, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to: access, correct, or delete your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; data portability; and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@speedrun.ci.
We use essential cookies required for the Service to function (authentication, session management). We use Google Analytics to understand usage patterns. You may disable non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Your data may be processed in the United States where our servers are located. We implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
The SpeedrunCI Unreal Editor Plugin (the "Plugin") is an editor-side integration that lets developers trigger builds, view logs, and download artifacts from inside Unreal Engine. The data practices below apply specifically to use of the Plugin.
In addition to the data described in section 2, the Plugin sends: the current Git or source-control branch name, the editor's target platform (Win64, Mac), the Unreal Engine version, the plugin version, the operating system, and the build commands you trigger. The Plugin does not transmit source code, project assets, or world files — those reach our build infrastructure via the source-control connection you configure separately in your SpeedrunCI dashboard.
The Plugin stores credentials and settings on the machine where Unreal Editor runs:
Saved/SpeedrunCI/ directory with user-restricted file permissions.Signing out via the Plugin removes both the credential-store entry and the local files.
To complete the browser-based sign-in flow, the Plugin briefly opens a local HTTP server on a port in the range 19847–19857 (TCP, loopback interface only). The server accepts a single callback from your browser after you sign in at app.speedrun.ci, then shuts down. Your operating system may prompt you to allow Unreal Editor to accept incoming network connections; this prompt relates only to that local callback. The Plugin does not accept incoming connections at any other time.
When a build fails, the Plugin can request AI-generated suggestions for fixing the failure. These suggestions are generated by the SpeedrunCI backend using large language models provided by Anthropic. The build log excerpt sent for analysis may contain compiler output, file paths, and other content from your build. You can disable AI suggestions in your SpeedrunCI dashboard at Organization Settings → AI Providers.
The Plugin is distributed through Epic Games' Fab Marketplace. Your download and installation of the Plugin from Fab is governed by Epic's terms; we receive no personal information from Fab beyond aggregate download counts.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
